Lisa Anna Palmer

Co-Founder, Co-Chair, and Director of International Resources Acquisition at Mustakabali Wetu–Our Future NGO

Lisa Anna Palmer is the Co-Founder, Co-Chair, and Director of International Resources Acquisition at Mustakabali Wetu–Our Future NGO. She is a passionate advocate for children’s empowerment through education, leadership, and community-building. Deeply moved by the vision of the late Geoffrey Kihara Ndoigo, Lisa joined forces with him before he passed on to support children in great need. She now works with his mother Christine, Chair of the NGO, and family to help keep Geoffrey’s dream and legacy alive.

Lisa is also an award-winning executive coach, international best-selling author, and podcaster. She brings over 30 years of leadership experience and dedicates significant time to humanitarian work. Through her international network and Canadian-based company, Light Your Leadership Inc., Lisa promotes Mustakabali Wetu-Our Future NGO to mobilizes resources, builds partnerships, engages champions, and leads fundraising initiatives, including the documentary “Geoffrey’s Dream” and events such as “Dream Big. Change The World.” Her strong commitment to Mustakabali Wetu-Our Future NGO is rooted in a global-local leadership philosophy—one that invests in the future of children both locally and globally. Lisa envisions a world where each child has the opportunity to thrive and become a leader–a force for good–in their community and beyond.

Andrew Palmer

Director, Board of Directors, Mustakabali Wetu-Our Future NGO

Andrew Palmer brings over two decades of leadership and analytical expertise. He is currently a Processing Manager at Statistics Canada and steadfast supporter of Mustakabali Wetu–Our Future. Since its founding, he has worked alongside his spouse, Co-Founder and Co-Chair Lisa Anna Palmer, first with founder Geoffrey Kihara Ndoigo and now with Geoffrey’s family, to help advance the NGO’s mission in Kenya.

He holds degrees in Education and Physical Education from the University of Ottawa, plus a Computer Programming Diploma from Algonquin College. In his community, he has dedicated over 12 years to being Head Coach in youth hockey, as well as 2 years coaching children’s soccer teams. He also held the position of Director U18/U21, for the Orleans Minor Hockey Association. His work reflects a deep commitment to children’s education, community service, and building bridges between communities in Canada and abroad.

Christine Ndoigo

Chairperson, Mustakabali Wetu – Our Future NGO

Christine Ndoigo is a passionate community leader, educator and humanitarian with a long-standing commitment to supporting vulnerable children in Kenya. A teacher by profession and former schools inspector in Nakuru and Baringo counties, she has also served as a board director at the Ministry of Water and seat at the County Board of Anti-Corruption Campaign in Baringo.

As a devoted Christian and mother, Christine personally inspired her late son, Geoffrey Kihara, to start Mustakabali Wetu, a Community Based Organization dedicated to helping needy children. After his passing, she took over the leadership and has continued to grow the organization with dedication and vision.

Under her leadership with strong support from Mustakabali Wetu Co- founder and Co- chair Lisa Anna Palmer, Mustakabali Wetu has expanded its programs beyond basic support for vulnerable children to include sports, coaching, and mentorship empowering young people to discover their potential and build brighter futures across Baringo, Nakuru, Turkana, West Pokot and Elgeyo Marakwet counties.

Christine brings strong leadership, compassion, and local knowledge to the team.

Christine is deeply involved in day-to-day program planning and is often the first to respond when a family is in need. She plays a key role in community outreach, especially when it comes to encouraging parents to keep their children in school.

As Chair, she works closely with other team members to ensure that every child supported by Mustakabali Wetu feels seen, valued, and hopeful about their future. Christine believes in leading with love, and her presence continues to inspire trust and unity within the community.

Brian Nyagah

BIOx, Mustakabali Wetu – Our Future NGO

Brian Nyagah is a proactive and results-driven professional in tax, accounting and Finance. He is currently serving as a Board Member of Mustakabali Wetu-Our Future NGO.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Finance and a Bachelor of Science in Project Planning and Management. He is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Finance (Investment Analysis) at Kabarak. He is a CPA-K and a member of institute of Certified Public Accountants-Kenya-ICPAK and a member of Institute of Internal Auditors (IIA)-Kenya.

Brian is passionate about data-driven decision-making, compliance leadership, and operational excellence. He combines technical competence with strong communication and team leadership skills. In addition to his professional pursuits, he is passionate about community service, charitable initiatives, youth empowerment and capacity building.

Sophie Ndoigo Naturia

Chief Executive Officer, Mustakabali Wetu – Our Future NGO

Sophie Ndoigo Naturia is a dedicated community development leader and the Chief Executive Officer of Mustakabali Wetu. Our Future NGO, a Kenyan organization committed to uplifting vulnerable children and youth.With a strong foundation in community development and monitoring & evaluation, Sophie combines academic expertise with practical experience to drive impactful change.

During her tenure, Mustakabali Wetu has expanded its programs to serve communities across five counties: Baringo, Nakuru, West Pokot, Turkana, and Elgeyo Marakwet. The organization provides education, nutrition, mentorship, and comprehensive care to children from vulnerable rural backgrounds, focusing on empowering youth and transforming communities through sustainable development initiatives.

Sophie is deeply committed to creating sustainable change by building strong community networks, strengthening local capacities, and ensuring that every child has access to the opportunities they deserve. Guided by the legacy of the late Geoffrey Kihara Ndoigo, the founder of Mustakabali Wetu, Sophie continues to honor his vision of a compassionate and inclusive community.

Jeruto Chebii

Country’s Program Director, Mustakabali Wetu Our Future

Jeruto Chebii is a dedicated development practitioner and environmentalist currently serving as the Country’s Program Director  at Mustakabali Wetu – Our Future, a youth centered organization committed to advancing access to education, ICT, reproductive health, sports development and poverty alleviation in Kenya.

In her role , Jeruto also provides strategic leadership in the design, execution and evaluation of community centered programs that respond to the real needs of youth and marginalized groups across the country. She works closely with partners, local communities and national actors to drive inclusive, sustainable development and measurable impact.

Jeruto holds a Bachelor’s degree in Geography and Natural Resources Management with IT, equipping her with a unique interdisciplinary approach to community empowerment and environmental conservation. Her expertise lies in merging grassroots action with strategic program development, particularly in areas related to climate resilience, youth empowerment and natural resource stewardship.

What drives Jeruto both professionally and personally is a deep desire to make the world a better place. She wakes up each day with a purpose: to create meaningful, lasting change in the lives of those around her. As a passionate environmentalist, she views nurturing and protecting nature not just as a professional responsibility but as a way of life. Her unwavering commitment to both people and planet defines her leadership, her work and her vision for the future.
